A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I'm extremely proud to share that I have been appointed to sit on the board of Soccer in the Streets, a non-profit organization that leverages the sport of soccer as a way to engage youth and facilitate an avenue to discover their full potential.
This appointment truly brings me full circle. Soccer has been a long-time passion of mine. I've served within the soccer community for over 40 years as a player, coach, referee, fundraiser, and mentor. I also now have the pleasure of watching my children participate in this beautiful sport as well.
I look forward to helping SITS continue to drive impact within the community.
THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT
This summer, we launched The KAL Firm's internship program. We had the great pleasure of working with Nicole Brooks, an Atlanta native and current undergrad from George Washington University. Nicole truly demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and a drive to deliver high-impact and results-driven work to me, the KAL team, and KAL clients.
We're extremely proud of everything she accomplished this summer, and she has definitely set the bar high for future interns in our program.
WESTSIDE WORKS RELAUNCH
The KAL Firm was privileged to join CareerRise on September 22nd to celebrate the relaunch of services and programs at Westside Works. Westside Works played a critical role in providing training and job opportunities during the building of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
With its reopening, Westside Works can continue to provide access to top-notch job training, education services, and job opportunities to the Vine City/English Avenue communities.
